Who we are
I Am Your IT is a registered business name of Andrew McGrath, a web design and IT services business based in Co. Kildare, Ireland.
What we do
Website design and build, domain registration, business email setup on Microsoft 365, website hosting, and workflow automation.
Prices and payment
Prices are agreed in writing before any work starts. There is no hourly clock and no surprise invoices. Payment terms are agreed for each job.
What you own
Your domain name and your website content belong to you. We register domains in your name, not ours. If you ever want to move to another provider we will hand everything over without fuss.
Hosting
We aim to keep sites online at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, since we depend on providers and internet connections outside our control. We will always tell you promptly if something is wrong.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have the right to use any text, images or logos you give us, and that your website content is lawful and accurate.
Our liability
We take care with our work, but our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the job in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business.
Ending an agreement
Either of us can end an ongoing arrangement with 30 days notice in writing. Work already completed remains payable.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland.
