One volunteer holds the login, and everything waits on them.
Websites for golf and sports clubs
A club website your committee can actually run.
Results up the same evening. News and society packs sent to every member. No more waiting on the one volunteer who knows the login.
Sound familiar?
Results and news go up days late, or not at all.
Society enquiries arrive by phone and email, and someone types the same reply every time.
The site is old, slow and awkward on a phone, which is where members look.
What the club gets.
Results and news in a minute
Chosen committee members publish from a phone or laptop. As many logins as you need, no charge each.
Straight to every member's inbox
Publish once and it goes to the website and the members' email at the same time.
Society packs sent automatically
A society organiser fills in a form and gets the pack and prices by email straight away.
BRS stays exactly where it is
Tee times, competitions and handicaps stay on BRS. The website links to it cleanly.
Hosted, updated and backed up
I look after the server, the updates and nightly backups. Nobody at the club has to.
The club owns it
The domain and the content are in the club's name, and can be exported at any time.
In build now
Castlewarden Golf Club, Kildare
Castlewarden is moving from an old Joomla site to Ghost. A small group of club "champions" will publish results and news themselves, members get the updates by email, and society enquiries are answered automatically. Booking stays on BRS.
Simple for a committee to say yes to.
-
A short review
I look at your current site and how news, results and society bookings work now. No charge.
-
The build
A fixed price agreed up front. Your key pages are rebuilt, the important content is brought across, and BRS is linked in.
-
Hand over and training
I train your champions on a short call, and I am at the end of the phone after that.
Fixed price for the build, then a monthly fee that covers hosting, nightly backups, updates and member email sending.
Questions about golf club websites
Do we have to leave BRS?
No. BRS stays for tee times, competitions and handicaps. The new website links to it.
What happens when our volunteer steps down?
Nothing breaks. You can have as many logins as you need, so you add the new person and remove the old one in a minute.
Do members have to sign up to anything?
No. Members can get updates by email, and nothing changes for how they book.
What about all the old news on our current site?
The pages that matter, like history, membership and contact, are brought across. Years of old news posts usually are not worth moving, and I agree that with you.
Who owns the website?
The club. The domain and the content are in the club's name.
Book a 20 minute chat.
Tell me your club's name and the best person to talk to. I can meet the committee in person around Kildare and Dublin.
